Where do visitors spend the most time?
Thanks to GPS tracking in the app, you can see exactly which enclosures attract the most attention. A colour heatmap shows red zones (many visitors) and green zones (rarely visited).
Which enclosures are skipped by visitors?
The system detects "dead zones" — areas that 70–80% of visitors skip. You can quickly identify the problem: poor signage, an unfavourable location, or simply less attractive animals. This data helps you make informed decisions about future investments.
How do movement heatmaps work?
Heatmaps are a colour visualisation of the most popular paths. Red lines show where 80% of visitors go, yellow are moderately popular routes, green are rarely used. You can see bottlenecks and crowds, and optimise visitor flow.
What is the average visit duration?
The dashboard shows the average visit time (e.g. 2h 45min), broken down by day of the week and season. You can see whether visitors spend the planned time or leave earlier. You also get a breakdown: time at animals, on paths, and in the cafe.
How does the app increase zoo revenue?
A better visitor experience means more returns and positive reviews. Smart routing reduces frustration, games for children extend the visit, and notifications promote events.
What reports do I receive as zoo management?
Every month you receive a professional PDF report: TOP 10 animals, attendance trends, the most popular routes, engagement score per enclosure, and a month-to-month comparison. Everything ready to present to the board or investors.
